This website is run by Botswana Safari Tours, Hazina Trade Centre, Monrovia Street, Nairobi, Kenya. By using it you accept these terms. Anything to do with a booking is governed by our booking conditions, and where the two differ, the booking conditions apply. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
The information on this site
We write the site carefully, and the travel guides carry the date they were last checked. Rules, park fees and seasons still change, so treat the site as a guide rather than a promise:
- Prices are indicative, per person per day, and move with the season. They are not an offer. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quotation and confirmation.
- Wildlife is described as it usually behaves, not as it is guaranteed to.
- Entry, visa and health information is general. Check it with official sources and your own doctor. We confirm what affects your journey in writing before you travel.
Who owns the content
The text, design, logo and itineraries on this site belong to Botswana Safari Tours. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a credit. Please do not copy pages or itineraries for commercial use without asking us first.
The photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences. Their authors and licences are listed on our photography credits page, and anyone reusing them should follow those licences.
Using the site properly
Please do not try to break into the site or its systems, overload it, copy it wholesale with automated tools, or use the enquiry form to send spam or false enquiries.
Links to other sites
We link to official and other sites we think are useful, such as visa portals. We are not responsible for what they say or for whether they are available.
Our liability for the website
We provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information on the site without a written confirmation from us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
